Following that, it asks you the size of your team and company to make the platform more personalized for your business needs.

Subsequently, it will prompt you to the area you would like to focus on. At SBB, we chose product management.

Then you can choose what you would like Monday Dev to help you and your team with.

Afterward, you will be able to invite as many teammates as you like to your new board!

Once you’re through with the onboarding process, you will be ready to start by naming and personalizing your board to fit your requirements.

How Do You Use Monday Dev?

When we had a question, we chose to reach out via email, which created a ticket with a wait time of up to 10 hours.

However, due to a high volume of requests, it might take a representative a little longer to get back to us.

If you need your questions answered sooner, Monday Dev has a detailed knowledge base with articles and videos for you to reference based on your issue.

Overall, while the customer service team was slow to respond, we found the knowledge base very helpful in resolving any problems we came across while using the platform.
