However, due to a high volume of requests, it might take a representative a little longer to get back to us.

If you need your questions answered sooner, Monday Dev has a detailed knowledge base with articles and videos for you to reference based on your issue.

Overall, while the customer service team was slow to respond, we found the knowledge base very helpful in resolving any problems we came across while using the platform.
