The Buffalo Niagara Partnership will host an economic development summit for its members on Thursday at its offices.

The Pasquale Homeowners Association is asking the Buffalo Planning Board on Monday for a coastal-consistency determination for its request to install a 700-gallon auxiliary diesel fuel oil tank in a first-floor storage room in the condo complex’s parking garage. It would be located next to the existing generator, which ran low on fuel during the Christmas weekend blizzard last year, prompting resident concern about capacity in case of another major storm.

The Planning Board will also review special-use permits for:

• Dana Scott, for new ownership of the 40-year-old Nietzsches bar at 248 Allen St.

• Deshawn Green, to open his Juicey Quartz cannabis and retail store in the former Flax’s Barbershop space on the first floor of 420 Grant St.

• Bilal Ajabbouri, to open his Mooty’s Corner Market food and convenience store at 139 Vermont St.

• Heidi Cerrone for her new Empire Comics comic book store and neighborhood shop at 1069 Abbott Road, in a former cleaning company location.
