Brentwood accounting, technology and business management consulting firm Kraft Enterprise Systems has been sold to Evergreen, a San Francisco-based managed IT services and software company.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed in a release.
Home to 16 employees, KES previously operated as a subsidiary of Nashville-based KraftCPAs PLLC and has rebranded as KES Systems Solutions. KES is operating independently within Evergreen’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) partner portfolio, Pine Services Group. KES members collectively have completed more than 450 ERP implementations since 1996.
Founded in 2017 and with approximately 4,000 employees, Evergreen is home to more than 90 software and services companies. The company invests in IT service providers, ERP partners, financial software and government services businesses. It assists clients with Oracle NetSuite, a cloud-based platform that focuses on processes related to the manufacturing, distribution, services and life sciences sectors.
“We are committed to continuing to build long-term relationships with clients and helping them get the most out of their NetSuite investment,” Glenn Hofmann, KES managing director, said in the release. “Evergreen can provide us with strategic planning and financial management resources to help us identify additional product development opportunities and execute our growth plans.”
Vic Alexander, KraftCPAs chief manager, said the sale to Evergreen will offer KES the “best opportunity to take [the company] to the next level and ensure long-term success.”
Based in Nashville, KraftCPAs bill itself as ranking among the state’s larger certified public accounting and professional services firms, with additional offices in Chattanooga, Columbia and Lebanon.
